In mid-1997, acquired the print business of electronic publishing concern Kramer Communications. Current clients include Cornell University–NYSSILR, Macmillan General Reference, Opera Orchestra of New York, Graedon Enterprises, MM Design 2000, Hints from Heloise and Dauber Consulting. Produced work for Irwin Professional Publishing/Price Waterhouse, McClanahan/McGraw-Hill, St.Martin's Press and Hearst Entertainment and Syndication, among others. Text pages designed for such titles as: J.K. Lasser's Year-Round Tax Strategies 1997; Memory by Dr. Barry Gordon; Life Is But A Dream by Marcia Weider; Holy Humor by Cal and Rose Samra.

In October 1999, began overseeing maintenance of Cornell University-ILR's Management Programs website: posting new courses, updating courses (including dates and enrollment status), updating calendar pages, adding new pages as necessary.

Desktop publishing (Macintosh): PageMaker, QuarkXpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe GoLive, Microsoft Word, Fontographer.

Oversaw editing, production and fulfillment of The Health Letter, a twice-monthly subscription newsletter; The Health Letter Special Reports and booklets, including Cook It Light, Car Talk, Card Corner and How to Draw. Worked with columnists in developing booklets.

Planned and oversaw conversion of feature line editing to electronic publishing; trained editors and art department personnel on Macs and PCs. Planned and implemented conversion of two daily crossword puzzles and word-game features to electronic publishing.

Feature editing assignments included: Ask Dr. Lamb, Car Talk, Ask Dr. Brothers, Carl Rowan, Evans and Novak, Your Food Pharmacy, and the Best and Wittiest editorial cartoon package.
